SmartBot360 makes it easy to have bots track an event for Facebook Pixel. This feature is only available for Web-bots.

Note that sending information to third parties like Facebook based on the responses or engagement pattern of a user may violate HIPAA, so use this box only if you understand these risks.

Step 1

Go to SETTINGS→Integrations and add your Facebook Pixed ID.

Step 2

Add a Facebook Pixel box to your flow diagram, at the position where you want the bot to track the user. Then, choose the event in the Facebook Pixel box.

Step 3

Select Save&Deploy as usual to generate a snippet to paste to your Web page.
